Online Shopping Terms: 

• Online items may not be put on hold and are subject to prior in-store purchase.
• Shipping is FREE in the 48 contiguous states. If you'd like to apply your consignor credit please contact us at 720-379-4598 for purchase and shipping assistance.  

Return Policy FOR ONLINE STORE ONLY: We do not accept returns for in-store purchases.  We do allow returns for clothing and shoes purchased online for items that must be tried on for fit. Returns are not available for handbags or jewelry purchased online. A full refund is available when the buyer folows our Return Process.

Returns:

• You must email us at denver@shopcommonthreads.com within 3 days of delivery of the item.
• If local you may return the item to Common Threads at 1575 S. Pearl St. within 5 days of delivery. Out of area customers must ship the item by mail within 5 days of initial delivery.
• All returned items must be in their original condition and clothing must have the garment tags attached. Buyers will pay postage for returns.
• Once items are received we will provide a full refund within 24 hours. Credit cards processing times vary from 5-7 days and Common Threads is not responsible for any delays in your credit card processing.
